CSI: Miami has a lot of glitz but I think that's what makes it distinctive and fun to watch, among other things. That's fine with me it makes it all the more fun to watch and the colors have always been spectacular on this show. I've noticed the cameramen have turned up their visual tricks with some added photo gimmicks this season. Once again, this is another stylishly-photographed episode. The "pool" is run on a boat three miles offshore which makes it untouchable to the local police.

Was that killing tied in with the robbery or was it separate? The top two suspects are the ones who had Hudson on their "Death Pool" list, a list of about five people who they are betting on will die within a certain time or before others (sick, eh?). A big twist is revealed early on as it's discovered that the bullet that killed her was fired from in the water, so there was a third shooter.

The host says about $30 million of his stuff was being worn by the guests, who wind up killing two of the people, one of them a Paris Hilton-type socialite named "Dakota Hudson" who was in the swimming pool. Some jewelry business hotshot is hosting a party for the young-and-beautiful when gun- toting thieves interrupt the fun with a robbery.
